What do we do with your personal information?

When you book an apartment via the site, we need to collect information about you to process the booking. This information may include, but is not limited to, details such as your name, your address and your credit card details. Unless we have your express consent we will only disclose this personal data to third parties if it is required for the purpose of completing your booking. To complete your booking, we must pass on your details to the reservations department of the particular apartments you have selected - we do this by fax and secure email, and believe this to be an extremely secure method of transferring information.

We do not sell, distribute or use in conjunction your personal information with third parties for any use other than that what is required to fulfil the services that you have chosen us to undertake on your behalf.

By using our web site you consent that the information that is gathered when making a reservation can be used in the manor stated and must be obtained to fulfil the services that you have chosen us to undertake on your behalf.

Change/Modify Details -If you need to change your personal details after you have made a purchase on the site please contact us as soon as possible, by e-mail.
