Terms & Conditions

1. ALL RESERVATIONS TO BE SENT BY FAX OR EMAIL TO OCEAN DUSK

2.  ALL RESERVATIONS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING DETAILS:
- CLIENT NAME
- NUMBER OF PASSENGERS (IF ANY CHILDREN, AGES REQUIRED)
- ARRIVAL DATE
- DEPARTURE DATE
- ROOM TYPE(S) REQUIRED
- HOTEL NAME
- AIRPORT TRANSFER REQUIRED OR NOT (WITH FLIGHT DETAILS & CLIENT’S MOBILE NUMBER)

3. WE WILL FAX/EMAIL BACK WITH CONFIRMATION AND RESERVATION NUMBER AND TOTAL AMOUNT DUE.

4. ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE PREPAID. YOU CAN PAY BY BANK TRANSFER, BANKERS DRAFT OR BY CREDIT CARD ( SUBJECT TO 4% BANK CHARGES )

5. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN SEVENTY-TWO HOURS AFTER CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING THEN THE BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY.

6. IF CLIENT IS ARRIVING WITHIN SEVENTY-TWO HOURS THEN PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED IN OUR BANK ACCOUNT FORTY EIGHT HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL OR THERE MUST BE AUTHORISATION TO PROCESS A CREDIT CARD FOR THE BOOKING (CREDIT CARD WILL BE SUBJECT TO A HANDLING CHARGE).

7. IF THE CLIENT DOES NOT ARRIVE, ONE NIGHT STAY WILL BE CHARGED.

8. FOR ALL HOTEL RESERVATIONS, ONCE VOUCHER RECEIVED, ANY CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT TO ANOTHER HOTEL WILL BE CHARGED ONE NIGHT.

9. DO NOT REFUND ANY CLIENT UNTIL YOU GET AUTHORITY FROM OCEANDUSK.

10. ONCE CLIENT HAS CHECKED-IN THE VOUCHER(S) ISSUED CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR REDUCED.

11. REFUND FOR REDUCED NIGHTS MUST BE ADVISED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CHECK-OUT. AFTER THIS PERIOD NO REFUND WILL BE AVAILABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. A LETTER FROM THE HOTEL IS REQUIRED STATING WHICH DATE CLIENT CHECKED OUT. [EXTRAS BILL IS NOT ACCEPTABLE]

12. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED AS A CREDIT NOTE (NO CASH REFUNDS) THE CREDIT NOTE MUST BE UTILISED WITHIN 90 DAYS

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A ONE NIGHT ADMINISTRATION CHARGE

CANCELLATION


ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE NOTIFIED IN WRITING OR BY FAX AT 09.00 HOURS, SEVENTY TWO HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE.  CANCELLATION RECEIVED AFTER THIS TIME WILL BE SUBJECT TO CLIENT NO SHOW POLICY.
